Built in the late 1940's The Ranch House Lodge is one of the oldest roadhouses still in operation. Built before the Glenn Highway was paved, the original builders used sled dog teams to haul logs and supplies to this historic landmark. Enjoy grayling and trout fishing in the Tolsona Creek which surrounds the property. The current roadhouse offers a mix of Alaskan history with modern updates. There are cabin rentals, tent sites, full rv hookups, pull thru sites, laundry facilities, gift shop, tavern and liquor store.
