Day guests must register at the lodge upon arrival. Same-day reservations cannot be made online — please call 907-822-5634.

RV & Tent Sites
- $12 non-refundable deposit holds your reservation
- Payment in full is required on all RV and Tent Site reservations by 4:00 PM on the day of arrival
- Your site is subject to release if payment is not made by that time
- No Show will result in one night payment
Cabins
- Payment in full required at time of booking
- Credit card required for deposit
- Deposit applied to total balance
❌ Cancellations
RV & Tent Sites
- Cancel 48+ hours before arrival for a full refund, minus the $12 non-refundable deposit
- Cancel within 24 hours of arrival: subject to 50% payment
- Same-day cancellation: one night's payment is due
- Must cancel by phone — texts & emails not accepted
Cabins
- Cancel 72+ hours before arrival for a refund
- $12 processing fee withheld from all refunds
- Under 72 hours: deposit is forfeited
- Must cancel by phone — texts & emails not accepted
To cancel, call 907-822-5634. Cancellation requests by text or email will not be honored.

- Early checkouts are not eligible for partial refunds
- Rates and policies may vary during peak season and special events
- Ranch House Lodge & RV Camping reserves the right to reassign sites or cabins when necessary
- Walk-ins are welcome based on availability
